Refund policy

Try Doorman free for 14 days first. If you buy it and it still isn't right for you, you get your money back.

The policy

  • Ask within 30 days of buying and you get a full refund. No questions needed, though we'd love to know what didn't work.
  • After 30 days, message us anyway if something's wrong. We look at every case.
  • Once refunded, the license key is turned off on all your Macs.

How to ask

Send a DM to @OgnjenAdzic on X with the email you bought with. You can also use the customer portal linked in your Polar receipt. Polar, our Merchant of Record, returns the money to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Where you live

If the law where you live gives you more than this, such as a longer withdrawal period, you get that too.
